We believe that modern American seasonal cuisine is less a style and more of a philosophy. It is the belief that ingredients should be used at their peak, in-season and should be served in creative and delicious ways.

A dedication to the craft of cooking: everything at Lion & the Rambler is made in-house. We mill our own flour, make our own salt, make all of our bread and everything in-between.
